The Stutz Business Center is Indy’s most unique place to rent. The Business Center includes the Stutz and Stutz II buildings conveniently located in downtown Indianapolis just off of I-65. The complex offers small- to mid-sized business owners Indy’s most unique space for rent. Commercial developer TurnerWoodard, whose niche is commercial real estate adaptive reuse, purchased the turn-of-thecentury Stutz factory and Stutz II buildings in 1993 and 2001, respectively, and converted the former factory space into a business center.
